Potter Equities had started out in the early 2000's as an LLC that specialized in the acquisition of mid-market priced residential product in the Green Triangle, commonly known as Riverside, Las Vegas and Phoenix. As a highly experienced and diligent residential real estate investor, Mr. Potter had worked successfully with nearly all of the major real estate developers in the Western United States in purchasing and reselling brand new tract homes and condominiums.

Post real estate crash in 2008, Potter Equities now operates as a Sole Proprietorship that contracts with banks, mortgage brokers and management consultant firms, and performs fraud analysis on loan portfolios for investor purchase. Further duties include the advisement and evaluation of GSE mortgage claims, whilst supervising the due diligence examination, bulk sale and collateralization of mortgage backed securities.
